FunCards Team ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Registration & Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, password (securely hashed using BCRYPT encryption), your nickname and gender, and your partner's nickname and gender. This information is required to operate your account.

Gameplay Statistics: To track progress, we collect total games played, cards drawn, game mode usage (per mode statistics), category preferences (anonymous counts per category), playtime, win/loss records, win and loss streaks, consecutive days played, and achievement progress.
Security & Authentication Data: We collect your IP address (for security monitoring, brute-force protection, and soft session fingerprinting), user agent information, session tokens (2-hour idle expiry), login timestamps, and CSRF tokens.
What We DON'T Collect: We do NOT collect: profile pictures, government-issued IDs, detailed sexual activity logs, or location data beyond IP address.
Legal Basis: We process data based on your explicit consent, contract performance, and our legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention.
Communication: We use your email for critical account and security notifications.

Technical Safeguards: All data is stored in a secure database with BCRYPT password hashing (cost factor 12). We implement IP-based rate limiting, session security (2-hour idle timeout, soft IP/User-Agent fingerprint monitoring, HTTPOnly, SameSite=Lax), and anti-CSRF protection.

Active Accounts: Personal data is retained for the duration of your account's existence to provide the Service and track your progress.
Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, your personal information will be removed from our active production databases immediately. Residual data may remain in encrypted secure backups for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
Service Optimization: We may, at our discretion, archive or remove accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically over 2 years) to ensure the security and performance of our Service.
